Rob has spent 25 years in the warranty space. He is the Founder of OnPoint Warranty. OnPoint has landed twice on the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list, has appeared numerous times on the Louisville Fast 50 list, and has won numerous other awards.
Marshall Deese
ASA
Marshall is an ASA-designated Actuary who leads Warranty Advisors underwriting, risk management, pricing, and insurer partnerships. He also is responsible for all analytics, forecasting and other quantitative support. Marshall has over 10 years of experience in the warranty sector with OnPoint Warranty Solutions and Safeware. Marshall also served at the e-commerce giant Wayfair, where he led analytic systems and data solutions engineering teams that delivered large-scale KPI automation, alerting, and forecasting for global supply-chain operations. Marshall combines actuarial rigor with modern cloud data practices to turn messy operational data into decision-ready insights. Marshall holds a BS in Mathematics and Actuarial Science from The Ohio State University.
Paul Melnikov

Paul leads Warranty Advisors Strategy and Tech Functions. Paul also is Chairman and Founder of Warranty Expert - a rapidly scaling European MGA. Warranty Expert is recognized as one of Europe’s leading warranty companies that helps organizations turn complex challenges into scalable, profitable solutions. Paul has 20+ years of experience developing strategies and technology-based solutions for insuretech and extended warranty programs – he is known for bridging business strategy and technical execution to guide companies through transformation and innovation. Paul holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisville and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
